Solitary Confinement, Torture and Abuse in New York State Prison System.

The reason for this set up in prisons is some individuals can not behave themselves and are a threat not only to other "offenders" but also correctional officers and ultimately themselves. But the general public has no clue what goes on inside a prison, do you? And you can blame that state for not having the proper facilities to house these individuals that are with mental defect.
