I tried to do pretty much flying submissions in rolling and competitions.... but for some reasons I can't seem to finish the armbar. I always get stuck on tuck position with my left leg hanging on his neck. Can't seem to extend my self either. Am I doing something wrong?
awesome vid... thanks.. you guys are awesome.. same with your tech.... i like coming here to watch for new moves for my no gi classes.. keep em coming :)
The precision, the practicality, the detail, the suggestions on integrating this technique into other combos are top notch man. Every vid is a gem, like Master Lloyd and Rhadi. When done right, not only does it look like you're pulling guard or setting up tomonage, you could be throwing knees, going for a foot or kneebar or even a triangle if he slips out and tries to get side contol. Keep it up!
@spideyninja no actually it is a flying arm bar, cause when u leap of the ground it called flying .... a standing or falling armbar will alomst look like rolling or something like that ........ I think
damn thats nice, I would sometimes slam myself on the ground trying a flying armbar, this is not only faster but it is alot safer from hurting yourself from the impact. Thanks im gonna try this one. Alot of peolpe will think im pulling guard if done right lol

@cadillacboi420 You can hit this from knees as well. It's a great start from the knees other than just waiting for someone to pull guard.
Enjoy!

regular flying armbar is a lot worse and this one can be actually used in mma or grappling thx for these small but very important details.
