How dare he say anything about Emyr. Emyr is a multiple time world Champion and a class act. I train with him at the Wellington ATT everyday and I speak on his behalf when I say that his opponent is a good fighter. Militich camp always comes out with good guys, but I'm an ATT guy so I'm happy he lost. But as for your insults? Why are you being so negative when they leave it all in the ring. Very few people train as hard as Shark and it's an insult and shear ignorance to say anything else

To all of you that don't know Lennox. He does have a full time job. He is a paramedic and trains all the time. He works his ass off to prepare for his fights. He is a great fighter and is 11-1 in MMA. So maybe you should keep your eye for him in the upcoming years with the UFC.

your instructor almost got his ass kicked and would and you know nothing about fighting lennox cuts alot of weight and pry takes alot of time to do it however in this fight he had to cut alot of weight quickly give him at least a month to get ready and fucking emyr would get wrecked he sux ass and att is known for sux to go take more steroids and get beat in japan anyways lol fuck att

lennox is a good fighter 9 times out of 10 he would beat this guy and which the guy was almost knocked out in the first rnd. lennox is always worth the price of a ticket to watch
