@amazingdany With the three consecutive heart attacks he suffered in 1999 that brought his heart function down to 15%, he was doing little to none in terms of his exercise routine because quite frankly he couldn't. Not to mention the crappy diet he continued to eat despite the heart attacks. I miss my brother and he motivates me to educate people about why it's so important to find a healthy diet and exercise plan that will work for you. THANK YOU for your comments!

Jimmy, this is moving and beautiful tribute to a much loved big brother,. I've just seen this, because I just began low carbing in early Feb., but you made it seem as if I knew Kevin, so I couldn't help but to cry. I hope these days are easier for you and your family with such a tragic loss.

Your so cute, lil' Jimmie! I am very sure Kevin is proud if you with the enormous amount of work you have put in. I see him drinking that fizzy tin stuff and I have to thank Kevin for changing you Jimmie ( I know you have given up this very addictive stuff) and thanks for teaching us and changing us in the process for the better. Its very sad he died but I know you'll see him smiling again oneday. I am 100% believer in life after death.

Beautiful tribute... the music just makes you cry! I'd love to see the video redone, however, with the shots "closing in" on the FACES of the people; not the neck, (or stomach, or crotch) of every shot. Otherwise, the video tribute was very well done!

What a true and loving tribute from your heart. Your brother's story is so similar to my husband's brother who left us August 11, 2000. He was always very over weight and my Husband preached his eulogy. He called him the gentle giant whose heart was bigger than he was. Sounds like the same could be said of your sweet brother.
