When I make sushi at home, I almost always never manage to get the rice all the way to the edges enough to have a decent whole roll! This is a great machine to have, especially for restaurants so as to not waste the ends!
this video is wack. why would you use a heavy machine like that that uses so much power and resources, if you could just use your fingers to spread the rice over the seaweed.
