Waves like this are on the same level as waves indoors as they are created in much the same way.Different from the tidal waves of larger rivers that move down or up the river depending on the direction of the tide.

Dumbfuck? the Bull shark/Zambezi shark inhabits cool coastal waters around the world, but has been found far inland in many rivers including the Zambezi. Most other sharks cannot tolerate fresh water, but the Bull shark can. Bull sharks have been attributed to the majority of deaths along the Zambezi river and Sydney harbour. Bull sharks have been caught and tagged apprx. 900 mi up the Zambezi, and 2,500 up the Amazon. Dumbass, you really are stupid, stupidpaddler, name says it all......

the zambezi/bull shark can tollerate the fresh water but you will never find it as high up as rapid number 11 or any of the magor rapids on the zambezi.. i grew up in zimbabwe and know it for a fact, how would it possible swim up say the poor over at 5 or up 9? tut tut plus sharks arent ressponsible for majority of deaths, hippos then crocks take the cake for that one.. peace

I live near a large salt water lake, nobody beleived me that i saw a bull shark until recently a dog was eaten while swimming haha, yeh they go pretty damn far inland, but i live on a calm lake, this rivers gotta be harder, usually they come inlad to breed where its more chilled?
