my fucking god I guess I am lucky. my landlord DOES EVERYTHING himself. He's 72 yrs old and is at my apt complex CONSTINTLY. You tell him the smallest problem and I fucking swear he is on it RIGHT AWAY. One time I emailed him saying I had a VERY VERY small leak in kitchen fauct. I emailed him at 3am "I work graveyard so this was my daytime" he was over at 7am to fix it. in 2008 we had literally 2 weeks of snow that did not end til xmas eve. he was over xmas day with a snow plow tractor
