Anyone have anymore videos of this show? I was there, 8 rows back in the VIP section, Aug 1979. I still have the photos and autographs from backstage. It was a TV special that was filmed. Dan Rowen was one of the hosts. Andy Gibb was in the audience. Still a fan today!

I played this song this past Sunday morning for my 4 month-old grandson when he was feeling gassy and irritable - calmed him right down, he fell asleep! Tried it again last night - calmed him at first, but the gassiness was too great; we had to use special medicine drops for gassy babies. He also stops fussing and falls asleep when I play the "Winning Combination" CD. He seems to enjoy the songs "Sold On You" & "You Remind Me" the best! : )

Anybody know of a cover of this song which is sung only by a man, maybe Donny Osmond (or not) is a little more modern, have some guitars and trumpets but some good "pop". It's mid-80s or a bit more, thank you very much, for many years now that I look !!!!!

I love this song by Donny and Marie. I cannot find it anywhere on cd as a single or part of a compilation. I am so glad someone posted this video of them. Donny is so hot. Marie looks simply fabulous. Together they are simply faboo. Delicious. Marie was workin' that short and sassy hairdo; and Donny was just his hot self. They sounded great on this video. This would be a great song to use on Dancing With The Stars. God bless the Osmonds.

Seems like they spent some time collaborating with professionals to get Marie's look just right. She's stunning here and the polish she shows reflects the many hours of rehearsal, training and hair/makeup sessions. She really looks like a professional model here. Even the way she moves her hands when dancing show lessons in grace. Kudos to the Osmonds. We love(d) ya.

It's hard to blend when you sing outside, especially at a fair with the weather elements causing speaker systems to fail. Outside acoustics are not all that great anyway. All in all, I think they did a splendid and entertaining job. This song is one of their best. Marie looks pretty sexy in all that fringe. I heard Madonna sing outside and I wanted my money back. But I realized, it is hard to control atmospheric elements, so you got to show some mercy to the performers. Love Donny and Marie!

No, no, Donny didn't get married in Hawaii. He had his honeymoon there. But I have a feeling he may have proposed to Debbie there. They got married in Salt Lake City at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints temple.

I was never into them when they were popular since I didn't care for bubblegum, but this is really a stand out track, especially the studio version. I wonder if Mike Curb produced it, since he was our Lt. Governor at the time, or if it is an early Michael Lloyd production.
