CL Has a lower Cast-time, Which makes it superior until you have sufficient haste to get your LB cast time to ~1.25 seconds.

@KrillosKrillo on a single target, like a boss fight, dont use chaing lightning, it lowers your DPS and wastes mana, since it takes twice as much as lightning bolt does and it doesnt do the same amount of damage, but on multiple targets have at it with the chain lightning :D

nice video man, My offspec is Elemental, and this was useful. one thing that may improve your DPS is getting the timing exactly right on all ofyour abilities. I recommend getting a casting bar, Im currently using Quartz, as it shows the latency on the server, and therefore you can tap your buttons according the amount of latency your server has got. but yeah, nice vid.

a new rotation you should try doing is start out with a lightning bolt, flame shock, lava burst, chain lightning, then spam lightning bolt until lava burst is back up. using chain lightning right after the lava burst, i found, really ups the dps. anyways, thanks for making a shaman video, not many out there. GL to everyone ^_^

@t9m4 thats because lava burst always gets a critical hit when flame shock is on and critical hits trigger clearcasting state so chain lightning benifits from it.

I have a question...does lava burst no longer eat up flame shock? I haven't been playing for the past 3 months and have no idea of the changes since the new patch(es)

just like to point out that his glyphs are wrong, you SHOULD be using Glyph of totem of wraith, glyph of lightning bolt, and glyph of flame shock. With the changes to lava burst if you have 2/5 t8 go for flametounge weapon glyph, if not you should be glyphing for the flame shock. your gearing priorities are:

SP

Haste

crit

you should go for sp over everything. get your hit cap of 288 (for horde) or 260something (for alliance). Thanks, Just though i'd add that xD
