I have to say, if John Hodgman and Jonathan Coulton joined the background of TMBG, it would be without a doubt the greatest collection of people named John known to man.
Why do they call it an "egg"? Locals note it's resemblance to a toilet bowl rather than any "egg". The toilet bowl is a fitting crown to Albany's sterile evil plaza. When it was first proposed some people took to labeling it a "futuristic Italian Bidet"!
"Dr. Worm" I believe. They didn't do any videos for Mink Car and "Experimental Film" was animated. It's more an issue of them not doing much in the way of videos for a while than anything.
This has got to be one of the best videos in a long time cuz it's finally got John and John in it! Like Asbury park. Linnel's faces are priceless in that one. haha

More than just a venue, The Egg is a gigiantic cement performance orb, whose smooth, featureless exterior suggests a worrisome lack of fire exits.
