I don't know any artist or song where this is used right now, maybe i'll come up with that later.

But yes it's possible, cause you'll use the parralel scale of e minor which is g major so you'll get the right notes but in a different order.

Maybe i don't get your question right cause i'm dutch, but this is the best anwser i could give to you if i got the question right.

The notes of the Bm pent. scale are all notes in the Em scale, so it's basically a scale within a scale
