And a little more info... the guitarist is the late Al Hodge. He played with the likes of Leo Sayer, Elkie Brooks, Sad Cafe as well as his own bands The Mechanics and others. The other guy is John Hodkinson and was in another band called If I believe. Jon did most of the vocal work on the three Rogue albums.

This is the original version released by Rogue,Frankie Valli had a hit with it when he COVERED it.Funny ole game this music business Rogue's version which I think is better never made the charts yet had a lot of television/radio play along comes Frankie ££££££££.

This is one of the best songs of the seventies. Because I was only 11 when they released the song and I cried everytime when I heard the song while I had no clue about the lyrics, but the magic touch of sadness was just embraced in the song...
