Damn, how many people have to be hurt or killed before these camera toting fools are forced to back off when asked and give the celebs and their families some privacy? i think they should allow a celebrity to legally TAZE any paparazzi that proceeds to continue filming or taking pictures while following someone after they were told to back the hell off. they get one warning and if they don't adhere to it, they get Tazed, that would make them think for a minute.

TMZ reported that the car hit was not the one the kids were in,,,,but just think...this is exactly what MJ was afraid of this is why he would NEVER send his kids out with just security and a nanny.
