i have a 04 sti... and i want to mod it.. but i also want it as a everyday car.... lets say....i mod it up...bigger turbo, down pipe uppipe, intake, lighter and stronger pistons...bla blah....what do i do to make this car pass the smog test? please help me! do i remove it and replace it with the stock parts?

No problem - I poped the clutch clip off the car so we need to install a new clutch next week (pull clutches suck)
