Mateo, Julia is garbage in this game. Free df+2 after blocking hopkicks. f,f+3 is -14. Punish it harder then just with jabs. 1+4 is launch punishable. 1,2,1,2 is launch punishable. The second hit of f,f+1,4 is high. I can go on and on. Julia sucks.

Julia is S teir in this game, but she is hard to use so she averages C-B teir due to her being hard to utalize to her full potential.
