Whether we like it or not, Ha In Soo HAS what it takes to become a LEADER. He has control over his subordinates and he knows what right steps to take. It just so happens that he's the bad guy and therefor his actions are never in favor for our heroes. But if he had been on our side, he would make an awesome comrade and stuent president. There aren't many leaders who have his charisma and brains.
