  • kira died ? XDDDDDDDDD owned

  • Your video is a favorite on Spain

  • hahahahah Kira lost hahahahahaha

  • I've always liked the ZGMF-X10A Freedom. I do not like the ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom however.

  • it this a psp game or?? if yes,pls tell me the name.thx

  • Why does he always say "We're Gundams" huh? Does Setsuna have a Gundam fetish O_o? If he does I think he need to take time out from all those battles

  • @crandor6

He sort of has a Gundam complex, seeing Gundams as superior beings/things that eradicate war or something along those lines. He probably got it from seeing the 0 Gundam as a child soldier.

The Gundams of the 00 series sorta have a Angel Motif with their names and GN particles (which look like wings of light).

It's one of the only reasons why Setsuna is my favorite character from 00 (aside from piloting the Exia/00 Raiser), due to his weird battle cry of "I am Gundam".

  • @Omegamegamanzx Oh that clears everything up a little bit. thank you :)

  • @ellicor231 i agree with you. Athrun surpasses Kira when it comes to melee but Kira is not bad at it. I also think that Coordinators are superior to Innovators and Newtypes in general. I think that because the abilities of an Innovator/Newtype spread around Mental awareness and Stuff while a Coordinators abilities are focused on the Body (enhanced reflexes, stronger body ,higher endurance ,increased brain capabilities and so on).

  • @CornelSheppard Innovator abilities are not limited to what you stated here. Besides the hugely increased spatial awareness going as far as sensing people hundreds of kms away, they posses ability ot read regular peoples minds at will - officialy stated and underlined by the ability of Descartess, quantum communication and instant information transmition between Innovators, hugely increased g-force resistance and body fortitude, immunity to any desiese, multiple times of a lifespan a human

  • @ellicor231 Wow thats alot of wow maybe I should watch this show. Seems really interesting.

  • @ellicor231

In a nutshell their basically Newtypes from UC/Coordinators from CE however Innovators are humans who have "evolved" through exposure to real GN particles. They only live around twice as long as a normal human I believe.

  • @CornelSheppard And vast information processing capabilities exceeding to the point of Setsuna being able to process thoughts and memories of an entire civilization up from their birth through all of their history of existence, with Vedas help that is. Ability to control up to a hundred of remote weapons at the same time as shown by Descartes himself.

You can think of Innovators as living quantum computers with a strengthened body

  • @CornelSheppard

Coordinators cannot communicate via physic powers meanwhile Newtypes and Innovators can; they may have faster reflexes, better intelligence, greater hand-eye coordination, better physically, better piloting abilities and immune to disease but Innovators and Newtypes both have much of the above.

Kira had great piloting "skills" however mostly due to his "super coordinator" biological advantage. others like Amuro and Setsuna (Movie) got their skills through combat experience.

  • @Omegamegamanzx Based on the info from the movie and from official info, Innovators liveat least twice as long as humans, have extremely high tolerance for g-forces, physicaly much strudier body, immunity to desieses, extremaly high information processing abilities (figures, since they are transfered instantly by qbw) thus superior reflexes and everything that comes with superior information transfer abilities.

They can communicatel telepaticaly with other innovators

  • @Omegamegamanzx And as stated in official info for the movie, can read minds of non innovator beings. Immensly high info processing abilities enable them ability to control up to 100 remote weapons at the same time. Since they pilot GN Particle emiting machines they can basialy expand their conciousness all around their units enabling superior spatial awareness.

Basicaly Innovators are NewTypes with enchanced abilities due to the nature of Quantum Brain Waves and usage of GNP as medium.

  • @Jadefox32 lol, don't get me wrong, I actually like both Kira and Setsuna as much.Indeed, Setsuna has experience, and he is a pure innoverator.Kira is the one and only perfect/ultimate/super coordinator. He tectically and apparently knows how to operate a gundam well, without any experience.well, now that you said it, nobody actually knows if an innovator or a super coordinator is more powerful.

  • gundam real ,piloto real vs gundam y piloto marica

  • Go tell Kira to get some GN drives before challenging Setsuna...*faceplam*

  • @ShadowedZer0 True beside if they both use the same gundam then i'll say kira win. but freedom against exia..? exia will surely win since gundam 00 technology are far better than seed

  • @93oceanboy That is PRECISELY why i said it =D

  • lol the freedom would never stand a chance even if Kira was in SEED mode, the 00 raiser in Trans-Am is just hella too fast...

  • @spartanzowns Well, but kira is more skillful than setsuna.

  • @zc1995 ya but despite that, even with all of kira's skill, an amateur can beat him with the 00 raiser's trans-am movement speed. It will be impossible for Kira to dodge. Unless ur talking about the 00 raiser only (no trans-am), maybe Kira still stands a chance...

  • @spartanzowns Kira has little to no skills, repeatable tactics, predictable, semi decent melee ability, good dodging and shooting ability, heavly emotionaly driven. He's the worst kind of a pilot, one that would die first in a real life combat situation.

  • @ellicor231 little to no skills? you serious? and semi-decent melee ability? First one to die in real life combat? i think you're talking about the wrong guy. Though for the rest of it i agree with ya...

  • @zc1995 how do you gather that? Setsuna has been fighting his whole life first as a guerrilla and then as a Meister. Setsuna has no general worries when it comes to taking someone out (unless it's a more pronounced named character). Yes he was too reliant on Exia for it's capabilities he was also younger then, as we see when Season II starts he's gotten a lot better he only get's in trouble because his suit is 2 years old (or was it 3?)

  • This is how Freedom Gundam really got fucked up.

  • this is no fair matchup! Jesus Yamato's not even in Hax, *coughs* i mean Seed mode

  • @zmx2513

    LOL FAILTROLL IS FAIL!!! XD

Gundam SEED Destiny was a MISTAKE!

I've been a gundam fan for 16 WHOLE YEARS now, since 1995; and out of ALL THE GUNDAM SERIES i've ever watched: SEED Destiny was THE WORST ONE.

the Strike Freedom itself is the 2ND MOST UNORIGINAL GUNDAM EVER MADE, and has NO POWER WEAPONS!!!! It's all about PURE CROWD CONTROL & BEAM SPAM!!!

00 Raiser has the Trans-Am Raiser; which is both Crowd Control AND a Power Weapon!!!

    P.S.

    Purebred Innovation >>>>>>>>> SEED Mode

  • @zmx2513

if you can imagine the beating that the STRIKE FREEDOM would get from fighting the 00 Raiser, Multiply that by 5x for the REGULAR FREEDOM.

but i'll say this: at least the X10A Freedom was SLIGHTLY more original!!!

it only ripped off TWO Gundams, unlike the Strike Freedom which ripped off FIVE!!! >_<

  • it's the Plasma cannons that made it nice for me. Once they added the dragoons, the design went into uncanny valley. There is also the horrible design flaws like making the dragoons block the wing vents (so that it slows down with them docked) and the docked rifles preventing the railguns from deploying (fancy movement with the rifles aside, it still stinks). They tried to load too much onto one suit. I mean even the Destiny was better and Destiny was loaded!

  • @Machdude HELL THE FUCK NO?!?!?! Destiny Gundam is the WORST GUNDAM EVER MADE!! Strike Freedom is the SECOND WORST! even ASIDE from what I just said about it in my last post! Destiny Gundam is a Ripoff of SIX GUNDAMS where Strike Freedom was a rip off of FIVE. The formula for Destiny is as follows: - Freedom's Foldable Wing Design - Turn A's Moonlight Butterfly - Victory 2's Minovski Drive - Zeta's Paintscheme - Shining Gundam's Shining Finger - Strike Gundam's Weapons I ask Sunrise: WHY?!?
  • That's going a long way as the Turn A, V2 and Zeta but is stretching the concept. Aside from what you would call "ripoff" the Destiny's design was reasonable in that it functioned rather well for its design. Forgetting the fact that it is a kitbash design, all of its weapons are easily accessible and it has no problems in what it does. This is in contrast to the Strike Freedom where it tried to load too much onto one suit.

  • @Machdude you say destiny has easily accessible weapons and strike freedom has everything loaded, however even so strike freedom is still better if both pilots were at the same skill level because destiny has little fixed arnaments, destiny's sword can be easily cut off from the other side making it useless, its guns couldd be destroyed and so can the boomerangs, destiny is then left with his palms and shield, while strike freedom has beam sabers and can fire beams from his stomach

  • That's making the claim that any Gundam is weak once you blow up its weapons. It happens to all of them. Considering that the SF is also carrying its huge ass Dragoons (which are an even bigger target than the sword) that is rather counter-intuitive. Regular armaments are just as good if not better than fixed armaments. Considering that the Callidus requires the gundam to be facing the target, it essentially limits it as the Destiny's version has a better strike angle.

  • @Machdude good point, but the dragoons although big targets can dodge destinies shots easily since destiny isnt a beam spammer, he can get fired at when shooting and can easily be overwhelmed by the dragoons, although i think that if destiny was boosting with his melee he probably could destroy the pods but he then will be overwhelmed by strike freedom and kira

  • Destiny's WoL trumps the SF. Considering that the Dragoons were also not programmed to evade anything, destroying them isn't all that hard in comparison to evading them as is. Also, the Boomerangs were shown to be capable of taking down multiple targets in one round while the Beam rifle exists for a reason. Sure it doesn't have the multi-target firepower. But whatever the destiny hits, it wrecks.

  • @Machdude um im pretty sure dragoon pods are controlled by spatial awareness so yeah they can dodge and plus sf owns destiny's melee sf can use the double sided beam swords spin them around and cut off destiny's beam sword sf's firepower is alot better and plus kira is alot better pilot than shinn, and athrun owned shinn so i'm prety sure kira can too

  • Not on the level of evasion. in addition, Kira's melee ratings suck. Beam sabers are also bare bones compared to every other gundam except the legend. Kira is pretty much just the sniper. His melee is unimpressive compared to the other gundam pilots.

  • @Machdude i do not necesarily think that fixed arnaments are better but in my opinion destiny needs improvement:

destiny has one sword and it can be friggin sliced of from the back, so he should hav backup melee excluding his palms since they are really short range

also destiny needs to pause for a few moments that leave him vulnerable wen using his big gun while strike freedom can beam spam easily

  • @Machdude i wouldnt really say destiny is faster (maybe equal with voiture luminere) but i will say sf is slower with the dragoon pods on but activate voiture luminure while dragoon pods are firing at enemy problem solved and plus kira sucks at melee but it doesnt mean shinn is better, well shinn is better at melee but his melee is put at a disadvantage wen he uses a big sword which is slow and can be easily destroyed by wat u call the bare bone of melee, although some beam sabers are good

  • His sword isn't the problem considering that the Destiny has 2 beam boomerangs which do the same thing as Beam sabers and more. In that regard, Athrun is the crown king of melee in Seed and considering that Shinn is the one that goes toe to toe with him, you can see why Kira is NOT considered the better in melee. There's also the fact that Kira actually deals a lot worse with single targets than many of them. The dragoons only serve to increase his firing rate, not his dueling capabilities.

  • @Machdude n-jammer chancellor=infinite energy(correct me if im wrong) so they both pretty much hav infinite speed and ammo so yeah sf can jsut beam spam over and over whiel running with voiture luminere

  • Dragoons need to recharge. The SF is not the Nu gundam with nuclear reactors in every funnel.

  • @lolperk111 sorry but the strike freedom cant use dragoons on earth so that means it cant us the voiture luminere system on earth cuz the strike freedom is so fail it comes with a design flaw that it cant use the vioture luminere system without deploying the dragoons and since they come back to recharge then that means it can only use the vioture luminere system for a limited time shin is faster in any case also i thought the n-jammer chancellor was to negate nuclear power not supply it

  • @trichrono No. N-Jammer Cancellor was to negate the effects of an N-Jammer, so the nuclear weapons and/or power supply will work. We can simply dodge Shinn even if he's high speed with his WoL using HiMAT.

  • @ExzcellionGamma wow wait here did himat come from i mentioned the strike freedom which in reality can in no way out speed the shins destiny cuz shins destiny vioture lumiere system can deploy indefinitely and strike freedom has about 1 to 3 minutes tops all the strike had was plot armor and writers privilage to help it survive its bad weapon designs

  • @trichrono Yeah, but it's also indefinite. It's limited only due to the fact that he recharges his DRAGOONs. There's no way speed and evasion are similar, sir. Even if you're not fast, you CAN evade.

  • And yet its performance is still inferior to the destiny because the Destiny has that one extra bit of oomph. It's not what you can do, it is what the suit has available for you.

  • @Machdude I do know all of it. Then, it's sensible for the SF to do evade and suppress offense with its crowd control.

Damn the writeup, if that SF had no problems in its weapon/specs design, Kira will not need less plot armor and this argument will not exist.

  • FUCK this chibi BULLSHIT! There needs to be a REAL gundam fighting game better than that dynasty warriors BS! Someone needs to get their shit together and make a serious gundam 00 fighting game.

  • Gundam vs series? Another Century Episode?

  • I like the ZGMF-X10A Freedom but I despite the ZGMF-X20A Strike Freedom...would there be a chance that you could pit the 00-Raiser against the Strike Freedom?

  • kira only has seed mode which makes his piloting skills better... setsuna has trans-am+ hes a innovator who do u think will win without seeing this video at all?

  • Setsuna makes Kira underrated... poor Kira.

  • Poor Freedom =[

  • kira is a bitch

  • what game this is??? o.O

  • @tonys153

sd gundam g genoration wars for ps2/wii

  • OH MAN - everyone knows that when a mobile suit turns red it makes it three times faster! too bad kira, u got char-rolled

  • Does Mo Ra Ta! mean You're Mine! ?

  • Look at freedom's hp, not really a fair match.

  • @HIIMDAVID12345555 I agree... Kira was handicapped.

  • @below61 If Kira's perfect co-ordinator genes were to be given to Setsuna... OMG HE WILL PWN ALL

  • @below61 in case you didn't know...yes he will...maybe kira's a god in his own series, but thinking of it as a reality match, setsuna will own kira....

if kira can spam his beam atacks, so as setsuna can spam his quantization skill

  • @oyametalicusII There's no real reason why Setsuna would use quantizing on a pilot like Kira Yamato. Pretty much no one can beat him in melee, 00-line are mobility and speed monsters even without trans-am, he dodges like crazy and later on, an Innovator has the ability and confidence to take on and win in a 3vs1 fight agaist 4-5x performance superior units in a age outdated MS.

  • @ellicor231 I see, hahaha...you're right

  • lol setsuna cheat! he quantimised! XD

  • wat game is this?

  • I love this! What game is this?

  • @Talyn81 SD Gundam G Generation Wars. For ps2 and Wii.

  • how did you get 00 raiser?

sorry if the question is annoying

  • @crunkyl4 you have to get the 123 option part and put it on the 00 gundam and exchange it to the 00 raiser then lvl it up to 8 and you'll get the 00 raiser with gn sword 3

  • キラざまぁ(笑)

  • こういう基地が(ryキラを倒す動画をずっと待っていた!!!

  • There are far greater pilots than those from 00 series but kira doesn't even qualify as one.

  • @passwordnom The matter of the best pilot is always debatable namely because each and every pilot of Gundam series is the best pilot in that series respectively and is portrayed as being the best under the series conditions.

This does not mean that other pilots from other series would do equally as good as him in his series and the said pilot would not necessairly do as well under other conditions, fighting other enemies.

  • 5) Adaptability: In the most unfair, dire situation where there is little to no backup from the comrades and being stuck with inferior settings and basic weapons, plus not even any form of physical or simple comfort to remove the stress and pressure building up from the seemingly no hope scenario of a victory, does the Ace presses on with what little is left or does he/she cry and whine of how life sucks because he/she wasn't give a silver spoon?

  • @passwordnom Agree with all of that. Though, there's no pilot in Gundam who ever managed to pass all of these conditions.

  • @ellicor231: Well at least the possibility that there are some/few candidates that should fulfill at least 2-3 of the criteria mentioned.

  • @passwordnom There are many pilots who's skills are debatable and Kira is one of them. The reason being he is either shown as being a good pilot or a totaly crappy one at other times and that's a judgement passed on not by the fanboys but by people who actualy know the series and analyze the battle conditions.

  • Countinued:

    4) Kill-score against the best: As pacifist and certain factions of seed fanboys would whine on the pilot being a stereotypical blood thirsty murderer, there is no doubt in face of a war that a veteran soldier is admired or feared by the others by his consistent ability to rake an impressive body count when especially in consideration that he/she had taken out several other similar leveled aces in no holds showdown/deathmatch, Winner takes all.

  • @passwordnom Many people name Amuro as the best. He's good, possibly one of the best, but most certainly not the best. He had is fall ups as any other pilot and if analyzed, he almost always fought in a very favorable conditions using superior units. Those debatable skills are mostly visible in Zeta and CCA.

Kamile as well, had many problems, was almost killed by enemy units a few times, shown lack of judgement and abilities in many fights yet people like to name him a one of the best pilots

  • Countinued:

    2) Duels against other Aces - Can he/she keep up against a professional, experienced fighter in the heat of battle or does he/she chicken out immediately and runs to the benefactor or sugar daddy/mommy to get the latest toys at once, crying that the whole match was unfair just because he/she couldn't win?

    3) Creativity in Tatics - Does the Ace have indeed an "ace up the sleeves?" A well-devised maneuver that even the opponent failed to judge and react carefully?

  • @ellicor231 why not the best? he is an ace pilot for 27 years, youngest ace pilot (14 years old), an instructor, youngest war hero of the one year war, and an engineer (invented the haro, ms, and partly the pychoframe), billionare (marketed the haro, plus reward for his service for the one year war). and even after his death his battle data, now called the a.r. chip was constantly in use by earth federation and the jovians for decades. so are there any pilots did this like him?

  • @rematche Piloting wise, he is not the best. All you said is that he did good in his life though his piloting leaves much to wish for. He is indeed creative and thanks to his NT abilities he can pilot an MS naturaly, partialy thanks to an NT interface systems that boost the NT abilities expotentialy

His battle ability in Zeta was so-so at best, even though Rick Dias is equal to most if not all opponent suits. He did bad against Psy Gundam and almost got killed if not for Kamille and MKII.

  • @rematche In CCA he fought with a Re-Gz which was a standard ace unit of a ship, compared to Jegans that other ace pilots used. He was equipped with BWS addon to boot and yet, Gyunei, in a much slower Jagd Doga managed to hopd up to him. Not to mention Gyunei is a pathetic Cyber NT compared to Cybers from ZZ.

And then he fough both Gyunei and Quess - rookie child pilot and a weak Cyber in an inferior unit, using a far, far supperior Nu, equipped with psychoframe.

  • @rematche If you look at what Amuro managed to achieve objectively you'll see that most of his best fights were fought using a far, far superior unit. Whenever he was in a medicore one, he was not impressive at all... Furthermore, both Kamille and Judau are far stronger New Types then Amuro is, as stated by Tomino. They manifested 'x-times' more powers as NTs then Amuro ever did

Amuro is a combatant, but relies on his unit in most fights. He is good but most certainly not the best.

  • @rematche PS, the youngest pilot in UC is Uso Ewin from Victory Gundam

  • @ellicor231 i wrote the youngest ace pilot and hero of the one year war Not the youngest pilot of all uc. stronger abilities doesn't define the best it's always experience, plus NT is not an ability is a race that's why it's called a newtype. Re-Gz is a typical mass produced ms and inferior compared to a newtype ms, gd Doga. yet he was able to damage and not to mention he was able to par with char as well in his sazabi with a psychoframe.

  • @rematche yet his re-gz was able to stand against it. the only superior unit amuro is the nu gundam and sazabi is even technologically superior, since it was finalized, while nu was unfinished prototype. yet he still wins against newtype superior ms. amuro fought minimally because he is an officer, he has limits imposed by his superiors. compared to hero and setsuna, they are rebel soldiers, their primary act is attack not defend, what amuro does as an officer. he has the most difficult part.

  • @rematche because if amuro does what hero and setsuna does, he has proven that char's philosophy was right between oldtypes and newtypes. as an earth federation officer, amuro doesn't focus his battle by actions, he strategies his fights efficiently and effectively with minimal casualties on both sides, not like hero and setsuna would, just kill. by the way, gynei is the most superior cyber newtype in zeon's facility and quess is the strongest newtype that even surpass char and amuro.

  • why do you think char choose gynei and quess? you only think they're pathetic is because they're no match for amuro. just because he doesn't fight a lot, doesn't make him the best? no. being in his shoes is not an easy task to begin with, he can't just instantly go to battle and keeps attacking, like heero and setsuna will do. that actions causes war and it's easy, amuro prevents wars on both sides which is difficult as an officer, yet was able to do it.

  • @rematche as for amuro's cca performance, you haven't even realize that amuro was fighting carefully and not even at an extent. amuro's job in the entire movie was to defend his position and acting as diversion, and also he has to protect axis as well to prevent further damage. the time he was able to do freely was in the final scenes. in z gundam, amuro is also even in a limited position because he's an active officer and also a prisoner. yet he was able to lead karaba and assist aeug.

  • @rematche under the eyes of the superiors of the earth federation. because if he would get caught, the earth federation will have a full scale war against the aueg. in assuming that amuro betrayed them, in a form of rebellion. if it wasn't for his skills and intelligent, that would be impossible to do. also in a side note, in the super robot wars alpha series storyline amuro has been called the best pilot of all by heero, kamille, judah, char, shinji, hikaru, and even kira.

  • @rematche amuro even trained kira to be a pilot in the story, heero and his team joined londo bell is because amuro beaten them in his bws, that also includes zechs as well. oz was defeated by londo bell. and also gym is obsessed of fighting both char and amuro because they are legends. this is not a made up fan story this is from the super robot wars alpha series story. it's not a uc gundam canon story but it's an official.

  • @rematche Lastly, don't mess in games in the facts. Those are far from being true and accurate, most of the time being pure fiction, especially in SRW games. It's as stru as the fct that Amuro even took aprt in SRW events, haha.

Anyway, Amuro is far from being a great pilot. He is good but Gundam has better ones. He has most ammount of experience but that's about that.

  • @ellicor231 "He has most ammount of experience but that's about that. " that what makes him the best, sighs. quess? she doesn't need experience because of her powerful newtype potential she learns fast, that's why amuro and char knows she's powerful even for them. gynei? why do you think he was with char if was pathetic? being an officer is what makes him the best because of the challenges that he faces not just battles.

  • @rematche "It's as stru as the fct that Amuro even took aprt in SRW events, haha." hello, he represents the real robots in srw, and the game isn't facts even it has an official story of it's own? are you kidding me? it is still amuro ray, no matter where he is, it's still amuro ray. szabi is more powerful than nu, the reason it won is because of amuro ray, not the gundam. sighs, even char said that in his first encounter with amuro. you're just trolling, now.

  • @rematche as for the finished products, yeah guess who STILL won? Re-Gz IS a standard unit, why do you think it was mass produced? as for z gundam, it is also a standard, there 3 kinds of z gundam, amuro even has one. and each has unique systems also, amuro has the typeical one, non-newtype system, along with shin. bye, troll.

  • @rematche You glorify him like a fanboy. Judge objectively and by what you see on the screen, not by fanboy sunglasses. Rules are strict and straightforward.

And do please read what I'm writing. I'm saying Re-Gz was NOT mass produced... because the transformation sys was too pricy... that is why only Aces got to use it like Amuro... Re-Gz along with later Re-Zeel are the only animated units. The ones you are tlaking about are from Gundam Evolve.

  • @rematche And dude... you are not only an another fanboy that glorifies a character irrationaly but you are also a fanboy that does not even know a squat about the series and tries to make random comments.

Go and read on the series because all you are posting are crappy second hand info yo most probably took from some third rate forums

  • @ellicor231 wow look who's talking. PLEASE READ! people who piloted Re-Gz: Pilot(s): Amuro Ray, Kayra Su, Chan Agi, History: A prototype mobile suit intended for mass production, Anaheim Electronics' RGZ-91 Re-GZ was a simplified version of the AEUG's MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam used in the Gryps Conflict and the Neo Zeon War. AGAIN, Gyunei does not even come close to their feet is because amuro was too good for him. I am not a fanboy, this is my opnion, you don't agree so be it. so stop trolling!

  • @rematche it's z gundam that is pricy, that why the Re-Gz was made so that it can be mass produced, sighs. "No, SRW has no offcial story an No, it has no connection to the official world, and no Amuro is not a representation of reals" yes it does. I WROTE HAS IT"S OWN OFFICIAL STORY, do you understand that? and yes amuro does represent the real robot, says so by bandai and sunrise who produced the game.

  • did you ever played the game? no i don't think so. uhhh...being an officer does define your skills and abilities, that's why it has ranks. and that's why he was even called an ace veteran and a leader officer of londo bell special forces, because of experience, skills and talents in any fields. and this even applies in the real world, if your an officer of a military. btw, uc gundam evolve are a canon.

  • @rematche

"Amuro" himself doesn't really represent the "Real Robot" genre, the "Gundam" series does. Don't get me wrong, Amuro is a major player and one of the more popular characters. If anything going by what you said, Char Aznable would represent the "Real Robot" genre, his character is 30 years old and yet he still comes in the top spot for Newtype Magazine's favorite character poll.

  • @quenton444 i was referring to every super robot wars series. since amuro is the main protagonist in the real robot group, and often regard as the leader as well in the team. char wasn't consider because he often change his side, and in srwa 2 he died in amuro's hand in char's counter attack scenario.

but in the sd g generation ds' own story, char is the main protagonist of the story, because in this game's story, the earth federation lost against zeon in the one year war. and after the war...

  • @rematche zeon has broken into to two separate group, because char wanted to restore zeon to it's right full place--under his rule. because of this, the zabi family began a campaign against char. aside from that, due to earth federation's defeat, they established as special military organizations--oz, orb, zaft and titans.

outnumbered, char began recruiting his own team, like kamile, bright, judah, heero, kou, gato, kira, athrun, chris, seabook, christina, amuro, etc. i find this game...

  • @rematche very amusing and interesting. a.u.e.g. is a part of zeon? amuro and bright is under char's leadership? kou and gato, are allies against the alvion crew? char rescues kira, athrun, and the entire archangel crew from zaft? and char, a hero?

  • @rematche

Didn't know you were referring to the Super Robot Wars games, never played one, have no clue lol.

  • @quenton444 well i suggest you should try one, since you're a fan. and also sd g generation games as well, like this video.

  • @rematche Being an officer means having a military rank, not some kind of an ability to be a good pilot...

Quess is as any Newtype, any new type learns fast, any new type controls MS's fast, any NT can operate remotes. She is absolutely nothing out of the ordinary... has no battle experience, behaves like a spoiled brat on the battlefield and is the very opposite of a remotely decent pilot.

Cybers are superior in other series, being able to stand up to Gundam unit in lesser MSs multiple times

  • @rematche In ZZ cyber new types went even as far as to manifest powers similar to NT pilots like Judau or Kamile, heck, even creating an anti beam fields with their minds much like the I-Fields. They stood up to NT pilots in Gundams and took them on head on many times over, losing in the end though putting up heck of fights. Gyunei does not even come close to their feet.

No, SRW has no offcial story an No, it has no connection to the official world, and no Amuro is not a representation of reals

  • @rematche And where are you getting this Guyne and Quess info? It's totaly false. and nothing like that was ever posted or stated. Guynei as a utterly pathetic pilot and one of the worst Cyber New Types in all of UC Gundams. Watch ZZ and see for yourself what a real Cyber Newtype can do. Gyunei is absolutely crappy Cyber compared to them.

Quess? He has Zero battle experience and is the lwoest kind of soldier. Not srerious even in the slightest. Child that poses zero threat whatsoever.

  • @rematche Sazabi is not superior to Nu. It has larger power capacity band and powered weapons but sufferes power downs because of it, which led to Amuro scoring a hit against Sazabi. Not only that, Nu has much better Fin Funnels and stronger beam sabers which also lead to Char being defeated during one of the clashes.

Considering their pros and cons they are at the very least even. If you want to see 'finished' versions of their units, look up Nightingale and Hi-Nu.

  • @rematche Being an officer has absolutely and utterly nothing to do here. He killed like any other enemy pilot or any other gundam hero. The only difference is that unlike the enemies, he killed not to get earth destroyed. Officer or not is irrelevant. And "proven Chars philosophy right?" He fought for the exact opposite reasons....

Amuro killed as much as any other, don't glorify him because it makes no sense and is not even what happened in the series. Facts please.

  • @rematche Re-Gz is not a standard unit. Jegan is a standard unit and Re-Gz is a modified Zeta Gundam without bio sensor and a different transformation option since Zeta's configuration was too pricy to mass produce. Furthermore, Re-Gz is lighter, faster and more mobile then Jagd Doga, has wider weapon variety. It's more then enough to stand to Jagd Doga for any skilled pilot.

And don't compare it to Char, he would have obliterated Amuro in Re-Gz if he was a tiny bit serious.

  • @passwordnom For me most of UC pilots are moderate at best, with a few exceptions. They all shared a huge deal of problems when fighting their battles that many of the outer universe pilots didn't. And if you rewatch some of the oldies, like Zeta, you'd notice actualy how many errors or bad piloting moments all those characters we deem as 'great' commited.

My point is, there are no 'better or worse' pilots. It's our judgement and what our memory lacks that creates our opinion on the topic.

  • @ellicor231: As much it is hard to put affirm which is a truly good pilot, i am most certain one can at least by simple key analysis through the battles every pilot fought should provide a certain level of probability on the pilot's overall capability especially if we go by the guideline being the animation as "canon". Roughly i would highlight certain scenarios that can classify somewhat a pilot's ability.

  • Countinued:

    1) The use of grunt (non-"powered") units - How well does the so-called "ace" fares in an inferior machine? Does the pilot require several upgrades persistently with the latest high state of the art weaponry to keep up with his foes or is he/she able to keep up against more "M16" units with a mere "flintlock" kind?

  • Kira doesn't know much on the tatics dept to begin with. He got schooled by the much-maligned Shinn in a proper textbook ambush and still didn't change his stance on using his rainbow spam blast.

At least Setsuna survived a battle attrition without a day's sleep and took on a boss rush against a higher end final boss gold GM MS in two forms plus the secret Graham flag fighter in S1 with the fact the Exia's MS wasn't the best by that time.

  • @passwordnom I always find one thing pretty amazing, if it goes for Setsuna. Very much unlike most if not all Gundam pilots, he fights almost the whole series without any additional poweres, like Zero, NTD, NT, Seed, Alice or anything else UC can throw at you. He develops his best abilities virtualy before the final fight, minutes before it to be exact.

Yet all othter Gundam pilots hone their super poweres and abilities half, full or 2 sereis worth of time.

  • @ellicor231: Well to be a more nitpicking "analytical" to not sound fanboyish, Setsuna did had the Trans-Am for the final battle in S1 but the fact that he was only given the special ability only at the end of the first half at least, kind of like needing to earn "rewards" to access the higher level tech. And even when his trans-am fuel was zero, he had the guts to bash heads with sword crazy Graham with none of that additional stuff you mention. (S1-wise, that is)

  • @passwordnom Indeed, T-A was a very powerfull feature in S1 namely because it gave the unit a power beyond that of a regular Gundam. In S2 it lost it's glory mainly because of the technology advancements possible due to almost unlimited funds of the opposing force. The GNZ series for example, were higher spec then CB Single Drive Gundams, with Aheads being nearly identical performance wise.

It'll truly be a feast to watch the movie though. All comm type units with T-A based on GNZ tech.

  • @ellicor231: i have this niggling hitch that they are going for a gurren lagenn type of storyline and who knows maybe a real big "WTF" ending just to troll people who didn't get it.

  • @passwordnom Nah, don't think so. Mizushima is not a director that has a tendency to destroy a certain canon that he set himself. In my opinion, it's the lack of information and peoples tendency to overestimate things thats the perpetrator here.

  • @ellicor231: He did mention in an interview he was insipired by the latest star trek movie, so i just wonder in that sort manner.

  • @passwordnom True that and we even got obvious references. Still, I really don't see him going in that direction.

  • @PistOffBruteStudios Agreed, he's not 'a truly good', he's honestly one of the best but aside from that. S. Freedom more powerfull ? In what way? I'd like to hear a reasonable argument, beside - "because I think so", or "because it's obvious". Thank you in advance.

  • @PistOffBruteStudios It's Kira's lack of adaptation that got his freedom destroyed quite easily. He always uses the same attacks, very rarely uses sabers and always goes for beams. With Dragoons he does the same thing all over again but with the addition of remote weapons so no real change there. Kira's skills are very debatable as many people deem him one of the worse main character pilots of Gundam. I do believe he's moderate though other Seed pilots are still better.

  • @ellicor231

    ~I agree with you.

  • @ellicor231 if kira knew tactics a little better the weapons would come into good use

  • @PistOffBruteStudios GN Arms, Exia vs Alvaron -> Alvatore -> GN Flag. 7 Tau Drive MA vs Single Drive Armor, later Exia vs technologicaly superior Alvaron, post T-A Exia at 1/3 power against fully powered GN Flag and Graham... and yet Setsuna beats them all and manages to score a tie with Graham.

Later, 00 Gundam vs Ahead and GNX's, whilist Ahead's power is nearly identical to 00. Setsuna wins every encounter. Equals to Graham in tuned Ahead Sakigake. Loses a power battle to far superior GNZ

  • @ellicor231 yay but there are way better pilots the setsuna and graham acker

  • @PistOffBruteStudios shot and bleeding Setsuna and 00R vs Ali in a 3 Tau Drive Arche Gundam in perfect condition. Setsuna wins. Same conditionas against Susanoo and Graham with Trans-Am. Half dead yet ties the fight.

Later 00R vs two GNZ Innovadeo type units and Regnant MA, all 3 beaten in a matter of seconds. Later, 00R vs 2 GNZ series and Setsuna dominates both of them at the same time, loses advantage in T-A due to 00R's T-A effect.

  • @ellicor231 once again there are better pilots

  • @PistOffBruteStudios Lastly, 00R at 1/3 power against TDS Reborns, technologicaly superior unit, weapon range superior as well. Short 3 vs 1 in a downpowered state. Setsuna holds out the whole fight and ties the fight under the said conditions. And yet, all of that wihout his Innovator abilities since they developed only before the final fight.

He's not only good, he's an amazing pilot and one of the best gundam pilots of all series. He wins in conditions most other pilots never fought in.

  • @ellicor231 yes well omuro ray fouht with his gundam head shot of and domon kashu beat the devil gundam

  • @PistOffBruteStudios i dont think domon count as a pilot. more as a fighter

  • @GoRabbids

hes not piloting, hes directing the motions of his mobile fighter with his own movements, so, yea i R thinks ur rite

  • @kevinlei92 Indeed, many people do not consider Domon a pilot since he is not actually piloting but just performing motions inside the unit itself. Much like using a wii controler in a swordfight game on the contrary to actualy fighting using a real sword.

  • @PistOffBruteStudios Just to graphicaly show you the last battle between 00R and Reborns. To compare, it's like Having a Leo at 3/4 of it's peak power fighting Wing Zero using 12 remote weapons.

And yes, game stats are something else, though the game is the only official Gundam game of the kind, and in that Game universe all units fall in the same cathegory of statistics thus it's a good way to compare them if they are judged under the same, normalized conditions.

  • @ellicor231 yes but the stats will alwys never be intirly correct

  • @PistOffBruteStudios If there'll ever be a series of Seed where Kira Yamato or the said Trezee manage to do half of those feats, I'll admit they have the potential to be better pilots.

  • @ellicor231 treize kushranada is the leader of oz and he fought epyon well dodging the libra's cannon and beat wufei in a duel, so yes he could do all of those thing mentioned. (do u know anything about any other series except 00)

  • @PistOffBruteStudios Setsuna on the other hand is an amazing pilot. He does amazingly well against each and every Ace opponent he faces, has one of the highest Ace kill scores in Gundamverse, has no problems even in a 2 vs 1 fight, does amazingly well on numerous occasiosns where either the unit's downpowered or his condition is pretty bad. Don't forget that in 00 Grunt units have performance equal to a Gundam or higher in some respects.

  • @ellicor231 but he rarely battles anything with equal power to his gundam

  • @PistOffBruteStudios Strike Freedom has powerfull beams indeed, and a wide variety of them as well... though that's still the exact same kind of weapon. Weapon variety is almost non exiastant here. Remote weapons are a good feature though SF's Dragoons are the weakest of all Seed remotes, comparing to Legends or Providences with their multiple beam barrels, piercing effects and ability to be used in atmosphere. The unit has VPS thought hat's for solid weapons, beam shields on arms.

  • @ellicor231 you have a good point but they still are good weapeons when paired with good tactics

  • @PistOffBruteStudios Don't really want to go with the description for 00R since it's too long to explain that technology.Nevertheless, let me say this. Gundam War, the official card game, has a listing of each Gundam unit in Gundamverse and describes the said units performance in statistics and abilities. Strike Freedom is listed as a bit stronger then Wing Zero, a bit weaker then God Gundam in Hyper Mode and heavily weaker then 00R in normal mode, not even in Trans-Am.

  • @ellicor231 technology doesnt matter this is a little off topic but if you put 00r against tallgeese 2 tallgeese 2 would win because treize is a better pilot hes not afraid to die in battle. Oh and gundam games play no affect because the stats are created by the game and are not always accurate. oh and sestuna without anyone backing him up would surley lose because he knows nothing about tactics

  • @PistOffBruteStudios Actually, 00R is listed as the strongest MS unit and as I said, that's still not in a Trans-am mode. And yes, Turn A Gundam is also there, but only it's official anime configuration, not the tomino novel super robot version of Turn A. The regular Trun A is much weaker then Wing Zero or Nu.

  • @ellicor231 once agian those are stats from a game so they are not acurate

  • @PistOffBruteStudios kira isnt better than setsuna, setsuna has been fighting all his life and then becomes an innovator yet you say he isnt a good pilot?also kira usually doesnt want to fight therefore he holds back, also 00 raiser can quantize which makes him invincible wen he does so setsuna can jsut keep quantizing and hitting kira, so setsuna can kill kira with one weapon without getting a scratch on his ms,so jsut because strike freedom has a fuckload of weapons doesnt mean its better
