I wish everybody would leave her alone. She mentioned she had brain damage as a baby, the way she's acting out her frustration is completely to be expected. Maybe that's why she mentioned it. Both she and the child are amazing. How she handles the press and attention should be taken with a grain of salt for both. One is a child and Susan is disabled. Where is the compassion? I'm very dissapointed in many people commenting. And the state of the world for that matter.

I wish everybody would leave her alone. She mentioned she had brain damage as a baby, the way she's acting out her frustration is completely to be expected. Maybe that's why she mentioned it. So that in a gentle way she could give the reason for her off-beat, kind of quirky personality. Maybe in the hopes that people would give her a break if she did a few things that were unexpected. People dealing with this need structure and her life has been anything but that lately. Poor sweet Susan.

If this type of "coverage" would not happen I would be surprised. The press and media are consisting of so lazy and ridiculously stupid people and producers that they find reiterating what Susan Boyle has said or done in heat somehow interesting. I hope that ITV is aware of this otherwise I could take that they believe that even bad publicity is publicity anyway. Poor Susan!

Thank you for posting this. From the morning news today, they made it sound like Susam Boyle really got jealous of that 12-yr old little boy. Poor lady, fame does come with a lot of people trying to break you down for their own gain. I just hope she's surrounded by positive people who are encouraging her to continue on, win or lose.

Both she and the child are amazing. How she handles the press and attention should be taken with a grain of salt for both. One is a child and Susan is disabled. Where is the compassion? I'm very dissapointed in many people commenting. And the state of the world for that matter.

Has everyone forgotten that she's mentally disabled? Media attention and a competition of this magnatude is hard enough for people with all of their faculties. Give the woman a break. Lesser, fully functional folks, have handled themselves worse than she is. She's an amazing woman to be able to handle all of this either way.
