I don't know what the white thunderbird looks like to be honest, but I would say it's simply white. I know that sounds dumb but just imagine white, not eggshell or off-white or something dumb like that. just simple pure white. Glad you like it.

The tortoise shell is horrendous tho, id swap that out for a black pickguard :p

i might look into this bass, as i really want something different, tone wise, to my Fender 50's reissue :D i just like the pop of the jazz's :)

Thanks. I'm glad you like the bass. The tortoise shell on the video doesn't look great because of the lighting but it's actually really beautiful in reality. Way better then black in my opinion. Anyway jazz basses are amazIng sounding and I wouldn't trade mine for anything even a vintage (I'd just save a load of money and have both!). Glad you liked the video and thanks for posting.

Thanks for the tip. I actually have a full pedal board for my bass which includes a compressor. For this I just lazily plugged my bass in to the computer and didn't use presets in garageband or hook my pedalboard up. But you're right. It sounds waaaaaaaay better with one.
