I have this on my Xbox 360, and I can't believe how far games came from in the past 20 or so years, and just imgaine what it would be like if we didn't have games like Sonic or super Mario Bros. Ugh, I don't want to think about that... It will give me nightmares for sure, but it's amazing...

mega drive is the correct name (japanese, european). genesis was only used cos of copyright reasons.

sonic 1 and 2 for the mega drive is the best!

@shairaptor I wouldn't call mega drive the "correct" name, more like the original name. the genesis name is no more incorrect than the mega drive name, as both are licensed by Sega. just like you said it was changed only because of copyright reasons.

@shairaptor Ya and giving it the name Mega Drive in the US would be best, and certainly less confusing (so many people think Mega Drive and Genesis are 2 entirely different consoles!) but of course Sega isn't gonna risk copyright infringement, even though the north american company called Mega Drive probably isn't even around anymore, lol.
