Can someone tell me the diff between a drift and a "controlled skid". They all look the same to me, A vehicle that is going sideways around a corner

@itastain there is no difference in a literal sense. the context of the action would determine between the two. a drift being the result of purposly loosing rear wheel traction and the skid resulting from having to avoid something or just unsafe road conditions like water/ice/oil. the motivation behind the slide places it

i'll clear shit up for u kids. the bus is very slowly fainting(snap oversteering) then locking its air brakes. anyone who has the balls to do that gets a high five in my opinion. personally I wouldnt be able to do that because I drive a 130hp, 2000 pound corolla that is snapier than a bitch. in a car such as an 86 like mine, u can feel and control everything, in a million pound bus with not a million hp, its very hard to be able to feel anything b/c its long and very heavy, air suspension too
