I didn't know until yesterday that this song was composed by Yoko Shimomura, who so far has composed at least 99%, if not all, of the songs for the entire Kingdom Hearts series. When I found that out I was like "Oh my God! No wonder this song is so epic!"

Yoko Shimomura, you are the god of music compositions. What other masterpieces will she come up with next.

Brilliant theme. One of the best final boss themes ever composed, but I did find the final boss on the easy side (only has 1000hp in effect). Nevertheless, it does mean that you can keep on pummelling the boss into submission!

I think it works because you don't expect such an epic theme from a Mario game, so you are caught off-guard and blown away by its epic grandeur

If they make a fourth game [or when they make Paper Mario for the 3DS], I hope that the plot is more of a "beat Bowser" type of thing. The plotline in this game was very gripping and all, but there's a lot of that now. I like to see the clock turned back to a simple type of game. Sometimes there's just too much of these huge plots, but I'm not saying that this game had "too much."
