it's gonna vary, because you have the 1st gen taco, and we have the 2nd. But why don't you go look on the flowmaster website. it will tell you.

Yes they are, 2005 is when they put 4.0 in them, you can get a 4 cyclinder but the majority of them or 4.0

Borla is quiet but probably the nicest sound you'll get.

Magnaflow will be the most quiet.

This guys exhaust sounds SICK though, Flowmaster is the way to go if you want a REALLY loud exhaust with no headers.

Tacomas arent slow. Believe it or not i raced an SS El Camino w/ slight mods and beat it! not by much but i beat it. Some old guy. Funny as fuck! he was hella dissapointed in his car. All i have on it is a K&N cold air intake too. TACOMAS KICK ASS!!!!!!!!

this is not true. you loose horsepower to the wheels through the drive train. so adding an exhaust and intake doesnt just add power to the wheels

Damn straight they are! The most reliable pickup there is. My bro has a 97' Taco and its got over 300,000 and other than maintenance not a thing has gone wrong. I raced a 06' sierra that was pushing 330 ponies and I smoked him. All arounf Tacos are badass trucks.
