Reminds my of my father playing one of the first synthesizers that had vocal samples .... in a "clean room" (meaning, you could not steal that synth even if you wanted to).. He didn't buy it (my father that is) cause it cost 20.000 guilders (something like € 20.000 euros today (inflation corrected cause I'm talking 1985)... This guy here demonstrating this machine is great... openminded and has been around since the beginning of "synth workstations!"... The fact he reminded me of my dad. Damn!

For those saying "Omnisphere not the best". There aint no "best", they are all tools in a toolbox. Learn synthesis, and how to use effects correctly, to where you can customize your own patches. Rather than just using factory presets that anyone can put in their track. I've used much cheaper synths in to make people go "Duuuuude!!! What synth is that and how much!!!!?"

Omnisphere is easy the best some just dont like it because it's hard to steal it with it beinbg 50GB in size 8000 patches.

Hi ! I've followed instructions and installed all the 6 cds but I dont have nothing but a (42G) STEAM folder, a steinbeirg folder and some plugins.. but no synth to play music. Do I need a program like Reason or Ableton or FL studio or some to be able to use the synth or ?? I dont understand im lost and frustrated...can you help me ?? thanks ! I dont have any shortcut or something like that...looks like I have all the sound but no synth to play it...

We're using Omnisphere on the latest song we're recording for my album ....it's used as a plug-in for Ableton Suite 8 ....unbelievable! I am totally in love with it! When my producer introduced it to me, the gears started grinding and it was like "ok, we HAVE to use this for one of my songs, or all of them - whatever, we just have to use it!" lol

This is the best Omnisphere demo I've watched, and it sold me on it. It answered all my questions. Rudess is such an excellent player. Thank you for posting this. Rudess is using a Roland A-50 as the keyboard controller, which has polyphonic aftertouch.
