Hi Les: I am not of your generation (I was born in 1940) but I love listening to your stories. My father was in the Navy during WWII and I lived with my family in service housing at the Alameda Navel Air Station, Alameda, California. Thus, I feel like I participated just a little in the era of WWII. Your stories are gems, and show that people can be friends with others from different cultures, if we try to understand the other. Thanks for promoting universal understanding.

It is just fantastic to see someone with your life experiences on YouTube. I tried very hard to get my father on the computer but he showed no interest in it at all.
