  • Since you went open with your story... may I ask you, for advice..... If your best friend's dad has adopted a child... 1) do you think it is a MUST for him to divulge this information to the child? 2) You said you were 14 when you learned…. It’s been said as a teen we’re more vulnerable and feel insecure, would you recommend an ideal age to learn of it? 3) Could you conceive an adoptive parent disclosing this info and asking the adoptive child not to disclose same info? Morally wrong?

  • Thank you for being grateful to the family that so lovingly completed you. It tears me apart people asking non thoughtful questions as those asked to you, but even more, the fact many biological parents are encouraged to seek the children given in adoption, with total disregard to a whole life of this child with 'the only family he's known". Thank you. Adoption crossroads reads & approves messages before accepting them. If not offensive but not in favor, they will not be posted.

  • THANK YOU FOR BEING GRATEFUL TO THE FAMILLY THAT SO LOVINGLY COMPLETE YOU. IT TEARS ME APPART PEOPLE ASKING UNTHOUGHTFUL QUESTIONS THAT THOSE ASKED TO YOU, BUT EVEN MORE, THE FACT MANY BIOLOGICAL PARENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SEEK THE CHILDREN GIVEN IN ADOPTION, WITH TOTAL DISREGARD TO A WHOLE LIFE OF THIS CHILD WITH 'THE ONLY FAMILY HE'S KNOWN". THANK YOU.
