I would say the tempo is up to the discretion of the piper. And besides that I know there are multiple versions of mist covered mountains and my home all of which are probably labeled lament and slow march according to whomever wrote that particular version. Its called artistic license.

great playing...nice grips too. just remember that mist covered mountains is a lament... not a march, so keep er nice and slow. great job though
