All I know from the national post and caycompass is that if it persists on its route it will hit Jamaica, the cayman islands ad yucatan peninsula. It is expected to pass 70 miles south of grand cayman early monday as a mayjor hurricane

I just came home the other day form the caribbean and i hope that everyone can be strong and brave enough to reach through it! :(

what about the poorer side of the caribbean? how will they cope... their hosues are really weak! :'(
