not sellouts, they have just matured. it would be a joke for a bunch of 40-year-olds to release something like generation terrorists.

And when did they sell out? When they sold their first ever album? If they're sellouts now then they always have been. If anything they wanted to "sell out" from the beginning by whoring themselves to the media. It's not a bad thing, they got more listeners from it!
