The sad part is some of them parts are salvageable and can be used still or resold on ebay as one stated. It is a complete waste and honestly, shows more irresponsibility than Alienware themselves.

Here is my perspective and personal experience with Alienware. At one point and time they were great, customer support was awesome a you could not complain at all. Over the last 7 years or so, they have become very self absorbed and have always been extremely overpriced. They have come to care far more about money and market superiority than giving a crap about their customers, experienced this first hand and was a customer with them for years.
