Does anyone know when this app will release for the iPhone 4 or how to contact the creators . I love this app however since it's not available I had to buy two others and they suck donkey vballs.
If you want graphs on your computer, export all your iFitness data to csv and load it into this app: search google for "iFitness Progress Application"
No, it does not. If you want to update the application you have to connect to itunes though. However, there are videos for only a select amount of exercises, which in that case, you must be connected to the internet to stream to your itouch. However, I believe you can save those videos to your ipod so it doesn't require an internet connection when you go to use it while you're working out. Hope I didn't just confuse you.
Does anyone know of a comparable program which can be run on a Nokia (symbian) phone? Would really like something like this but don't like the idea of forking out hundreds of dollars for an ipod/iphone.
i have to say one thing though...when people make videos with fans or air conditioners on in the background it makes watching the video horrible. your making a video, turn off the noise till your done. but thanks for taking the time to do it.
is there options for alternative exercises. say I wanan do weight loss, I dont have one form of equipment, can I substitute that in using the program or do I need to manually create a workout
Sorry for not getting back to you right away. I do not believe there is a way to customize the routines that come with ifitness. However, what you can do is just follow the routine and when it comes to that exercise that you want to switch out, just go to the one you are switching it with and you can log it there. If you really wanted to, you could just create a whole new workout using the same exercises in the original routine and just switch out the ones you can't do.
