A bit disappointed to see you using a toxic water bottle filled with warm warm that you poured into your neti pot. You basically poured all the toxins that were released from that plastic drinking bottle into the neti poti and then into your nose. Use a glass measuring cup. It's safer.

By the way, putting a few drops of "Shadbindu" oil in each nostril once a day can work wonders for sinus related headaches.

Neti is the only permanent cure to Sinus problem. Even surgery doesn't always work permanently. If Neti is done the way it should be done regularly, then even the most blocked and irritable sinuses become clean after a few days.

I use a mixture of sea salt , baking soda and apple cider vinegar. The vinegar helps to disinfect and prevent any sinus mold growth.

I'm starting day 12 today (up very late). Doing very well, filming daily videos. I should indeed give a quick update, a no edit YouTube upload. It is indeed easier to deal with just fasting when you don't spend hours of editing and uploading with a deadline.
