no thats not invisable water!its a type of gas that if you breath it in you will talk witha deep voice! but it only can stay in a small place or else it well like not work! its like water! but its not ! it only acts like water!

Gas is NOT like water. Gas takes the form of the container it is in and expands until the fullest, therefore he covered the top. As I said, it can work anywhere, but massive amounts will be needed.
