just to let yu know, the song is tuned in starndard not half step down. its not palm muted except for the second verse and chorus. yur using way too much distortion. there isnt alot on it. i can teach the song cos i know it perfectly. just add me as a friend and i can send yu tabs or something

its the same as the original, just with an electric guitar. Only the solo is better and you can figure it out on ur own. Instead of hitting the whole chord, you just hit the individual strings.

Regardless of whether it's an Epiphone or Gibson, it boils down to how you sound. If you enjoy the tone, and it sounds great, that's great, I've played great Gibsons and PRS' worth several thousand dollars, but I often find a beauty that's worth significantly less than the big names out there and play as great as the big brands.

Ok everyone here who thinks epiphones are good are wrong! i love les pauls but it would have to be a gibson because they have WAY better quality, but if you cant afford a gibson (like me) Get a Paul Reed Smith, you can get them in the exact shape as a les paul. PRS sounds extremmly better then an epiphone!

your pretty good, but let me tell you where your prob is, dont use distortion, and if you do, lower it, when he plays that song, he uses overdrive so it doesnt sound to noisy. Try it with some overdrive, trust me, i did and i was amazed.
