Totally messed up the first mission .. Should've just parked the car infront of the steps so he has nowhere to run and kill him. It takes 5sec instead of 5min.

hey...you don't have to do all this in this mission...here's a tip...before you talk to the guy that gives you the mission...park your car in front of the stair way through where he will come out...and he'll stay there until you kill the bastard...easy

Hehe, when I don't do this one first, I do the mission at the city hall or the church or w/e it is, the one with the snipers, and get a sniper rifle to shoot speedy in the beginning, its rly easy then. But this works aswell!

You can actually do this one really fast. If you drive left, around and up to the street you'll see him standing there in the distance to your left because he's waiting for you to get close to him. If you move up slowly he'll start running right towards you and you can just shoot him until he dies.
