Strange. I got a new computer recently, and when I move, Sonic's model has an after-image-like thing. I assume that's the jerking. Do I have certain settings active that need to be turned off? My old computer didn't do that, actually.
@SonicKillMario I figured out the problem. The problem is the Vsync needs to be set to 30fps. Too many frames can cause Sonic to develop after-images. i notice it happens to the Master Chief models in netgames as well.
Oh lol this is Halo CE: Custom Edition. i had this map when it first came out, its one of the best mods of Sonic on CE, to bad Sonic X-treme hasn't even got that far in his campaign mod.

changing anti-aliasing levels (higher or lower)

1. Download Halo Custom edition
2. Download Sonic: Genesis of the Azure Wind
3. unzip the file to the correct folder maps to maps, Halo Custom edition to Halo Custom edition
4. Run the launcher and play!
