@dreammakeup5791 haha, sorry, as i mentioned this was the very first video i had ever made, so i was not comfortable talking infront of the camera, which is why i am so quiet. also i film all my videos on my macbook webcam, so the microphone is kind of far away :P i would have to yell!
@DopeGirlCheska yes, the link is in the info bar at the bottom of the video. people keep telling me the links don't work, even though they show up for me.. i have re-uploaded them to various different servers and they still don't seem to work. if you would like the matter, send me a message with your email address and i can email it to you!
Awesome tutorial!!! I love this style, versus most of the others here on the YT. I am going to make this for a guy's Christmas present, kind of a gag gift, along with some other cool stuff! :)
thank you for the every detailed instructions. I actually saw this owl in a craft shop and was interested in making it. Your video has given me all the information I need. Great job. Many thanks.
Love this video nice to see someone else left handed.. Trying to make a template. Need approx space size from large to small for beak. Spent last night having a play around, love the way they look so cute.
@sewmuchtosee1 haha, i'm actually right handed.. i recorded this on my macbook webcam and there's no way to flip the video so its the right way.
everyone keeps teeling me that the link i put in the info section for the pattern doesn't work, so if you private message me your email address i can send the pattern to you
I think my comments aren't working because of the link...so let's try this:
If you google Tutowlrial you should come up with the moonstitches.typepad link, which is where I first found this pattern. Maybe this is where it came from?
I have a whole army of these guys living on my bookshelf now!
Thanks for the tutorials, as always! I always get excited when I see a new video by you in my queue!
can you please please please e-mail the pattern to me? because i can't open the link but i really want to make it! my e-mail is tanja-kuller@hotmail.com
Hello. I was going to attempt to make your owl which are totally awesome. But the link is not working for me. I was wondering if there is any way you can maybe email me the pattern instead or perhaps point me in the direction of somewhere else that has the pattern available online. Thank you very much
@ChocolatyKat i don't know why the links are 't working for anyone, i have uploaded them to various photo hosting sites an the links all worked for me :S but yes i can email the pattern to you, send me a private message with your email!
Hello. I sent you a message with my email. I was just wondering if you had gotten it or not. I dont know if I may have accidently deleted your email or not. Thank you again. Sorry for all the trouble
Hi Soreribsin, I love the owls and I tried to make one tonight but the face turned out more like an eagle. :) Do you have a different link I could use for the template? The link in your info bar didn't work for me. You are fantastic in this video!
@mitawnee hmm that's strange, what do you mean like an eagle? and i will re-upload the link to the pattern pieces, the link works for me so i don't get why it doesn't work for others, but i will fix it!
heys its me again lol, imma attempt to make these (beginner sewer) and i was wondering what material do I use to make these, becacuse you just said fabric.
@misssweetatheart you can use any type of fabric you want! this is a good stash buster because it uses small amounts like scraps. i would suggest not using a really thick fabric like denim or something if you're making a very small owl, because it could get very bunchy and stuff. so pretty much any fabric you want! fleece works well for larger ones. you could even use felt if you wanted to :)
@hotcoldweather thanks! i actually drew that labyrinth picture! it was a project i did in highschool, its one of my favourite drawings i've ever done!
@hotcoldweather thanks! its my favourite movie too. i even have a tattoo dedicated to it.. well, the words "as the world falls down" from the david bowie song in that one scene :) love it
@temporalmilieu thanks! hmm, i can't remember, i made them one a long time ago and i don't think i saved the pattern pieces :( i am pretty sure the biggest one's pattern pieces were bigger than an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.
Ok I loove the owls you make but I can't hear a thing your saying lol. Please keep posting but speak louder please. Thanks :)
