@lolhardaslol if you want to use cheats you got to go to your appdata/runicgames(or torchlight on w7 atleast that is at mine) then you should find textfile or something SYSTEM maybe cant remember it says some stuff including Console : 0 chance the 0 to a 1 so that is says Console :1 then ingame press shift + ~ and you got your self a console to put the cheats in

You get 5 stat points each time you level up. 5 x 100 = 500. you can't get that much stat points ._.
