I don't know if anyone saw VH1 Classic's special called "Billboard's #1 Hit of the

70's". Well, they featured ABBA's "Dancing Queen"...and they didn't used this video! Instead, they used the video in which Agatha, Bjorn, Benny, and Ann were wearing those stupid blue tuxeos. Another exmample of why I hate the 70's. But not ABBA!

I remembered you told me I never had done a video on Dancing Queen AZ, so here is is for you! It is one of my top five ABBA songs of all time, and the only one to hit #1 in the US. That is a shame because there should have been many more!! But over the years they have become more popular here now than they were in the 70's I believe. When I need information on ABBA you are going to be my source AZ! I am sure the reason they didn't get more popular in the US back in the 70's was their lack of promoting here. They were so busy in Europe, Japan, and Australia during their run they didn't feel they need this market to be sccessful and who can argue with that reasoning! They didn't tour here until 1979 and that was getting closer to the end of ABBA doing any touring. Thanks for your great comments AZ!
