i know this LOOKS stupid but its actually REALLY COOL its not nearly as much fun to watch as it is to do it makes for a interesting hobby and when you design your own lightweight plane it teaches you of aerodynamics and some other pretty sweet things

@TheDeathTaco They work as a fixed model, a much smaller version of an outdoor free flight (uncontrolled) glider, the large board they are holding below it is used to create a small up-draught which works instead of a thermal

Eh, just ignore those people. Point is we find it cool, and that's what matters. That glider in the video is really neat looking when it flies like that. I just had my interest in these types of gliders spark up, and it feels so awesome to be the sole power for an airplane flight.
