We just did a search on the American Securities and Exchange Commision, Washington DC and found NSW and Queensland listed as corporations (unable to find the other states or the commonwealth, will keep looking though) NSW was listed as New South Wales Treasury Corporation (Issuer) and The Crown in Right of NSW (Guarantor).
