Really people, the only reason he has problems on the mic on the show is because he is trying to remember the lame crap that they write for him. He has personality, sometimes better when silent. Has charisma. Can talk some when he is given freedom to say what he wants. And this was a good interview. It is just trying to put someone elses words in your mouth that is hard to do. Behind the scenes it is more about politics than whether he is a good enough talent to be pushed. Kiss ass and be champ.
