@shadowhunter388 He does have another private jet and his house is built next to his own runway. Qantas no longer using that colors and planes uses an ATC call sign to separate different planes. Planes ATC are their flight number such as ones you see on your plane ticket. However, he uses is plane registration number ( ones painted near the tail, works almost the same as your car plate number ) .

Johns Plane is painted in Quantas Colors because Quantas was the original customer for the Aircraft. It left the Boeing factory, and went to Quantas.  John is an aviation buff and thought it would be cool to restore the aircraft back to it's original customer/order paint scheme. Quantas contracts with John for Promotional Displays of the Aircraft.

its an ex qantas jet owned by john travolta,he flew it around the world quite a few years ago as an advertising campaign for qantas who repainted the way it was when they owned,i remember when he flew it to new zealand and was grounded for a few days while waiting for some spares,it was in the newspapers here!j.t. sat in the jump seat of a domestic airliner here in n.z. while doing some sightseeing here!

sorry iweberdudei but that is JT's jet. Eventhough he is a nut job scientologist, and cross-dresses he can still fly a 707. This shot was in hamilton, ontario. CYHM. His home is in Ocala, Florida and he flying to jumbolair and ocala reginal airport all the time. I have live in both of those cities, trust me that is JT's airplane.

btw this is pathestic that you accually took this video. I was at the airport flying that day, and there where heaps of werido JT fans at Tim Hortons. bizzareee

JT has is commercial pilots licence as well as his 747-400 rating. He flew a few trip way back in the day for qantas and they allowed him to keep there logo. I am sure its just for publicity. (could be wrong though :P )
