They're not broadcast over the Internet. You can only see stuff people are willing to show. If it's on the Net, they know about it. It doesn't just start transmitting by accident. It takes some doing to setup a streaming video server!

That's a good idea, as AXIS cameras/systems seem to be really popular, but a problem with this is that it limits the access to only AXIS cameras and excludes any site with a custom title on their security camera page.

I'd go with the ones at the end of the video because they'll get you all different types of feeds. Some of them are even interactive!

Actually, I should make another video explaining how to use the IP Address or URL to find out where the camera is and even who owns it. It's really fun and easy, and you can do it in a flash on command prompt.

In this case, I needed a better view to show all that I was doing. And, to tell you the truth, the words on the screen aren't that important. Look at the search terms at the end. For the IP adrress part, since I didn't really cover that, Google 'ip address lookup' or something.
