he is not cheater, he is using the typical turbo button that is also in the nes controllers, there are A and B, and A TURBO and B TURBO

If only I could play with a regular NES controller, I wouldn't need turbo anyway :p

@chefkoo He jumps twice then he rushes forward until he hits a wall. Knowing that, you can easily dodge him. But his boomerangs are harder to dodge, given that he throws them in a spreading pattern. The best position to be when he throws them is right under him, so that the three boomerangs are all stacked on the same spot. Then you must also avoid them when they come back, but this is relatively easy, you just need to get the right timing.

Er...no...

First, there's no Easy Mode in Megaman 2, only Normal and Difficult, but I guess you meant Normal Mode.

Second, on Normal Mode, Quickman takes 4 damage per shot, meaning he dies with only 7 shots, whereas in Difficult Mode, he takes half as much damage per shot, meaning he dies with 14 shots.

I'll let you count the number of hits it took me to finish him...

Sony's Mega Man Anthology for PS2, unlike the original Mega Man II, has a rapid fire feature that simply requires the user to hold down the 'triangle' button. So, of course he's using turbo. Anyone who plays that title uses turbo. It still isn't easy. I can't do it. It's a tough level and a fairly tough boss.
