heyy mann i need serious help!! i have a bb 8900 i look up free themes i choose one but i cant put it on my cell cuz its not ALX. or sumthing like that. what do i do?
it's a red trackball, the camera makes it look orange. It's actually a regular trackball though. See my "change color of blackberry trackball", it's very popular.
Click the Browse button and locate the folder with your theme. Click on the file you see. It should only display valid theme files, so if you do not see anything in the folder while browsing through Blackberry Desktop, then you did not download a valid theme file or the file is corrupt.

I just bought my bb curve yesterday and im having trouble installing themes for it. Could you please explain it for me step by step?

Sure.
First download the theme to your computer. It must be in .alx format. Typically this means you are downloading the .zip file.
Extract the .zip file into a folder.
Open Blackberry desktop.
Connect your Blackberry.
Go to Application Loader in Blackberry Desktop.

just google your model number and blackberry and theme.
For example: "8320 blackberry theme"
