@7888ify I will never have :S it will always stay on 4.2.1. If you want a newer version, you will need to upgrade to a newer device. I think the iPod touch 4G 8GB goes for around 200$ here in Canada. Cheers!

@hannahiruk While your device is on recovery mode, connect it. Then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. It should kick you out of recovery mode.

Hey I got the greenpois0n software jailbroken into my ipod touch 4g last year when the ipod first came out so I have the ios 4.1 or 4.0 and I want to upgrade the software to the 4.3.3 but i dont want to loose the jailbreak what do i do?

@DatNiqqahTurbo You won't be able to upgrade to 4.3.3 as apple doesn't sign this software anymore. iTunes will display an error. You have to upgrade to 4.3.5 and jailbreak after (tethered) or you can stay on this software. Cheers!

@TheBiel96 Take note of your applications/sources from cydia. Then upgrade normally with iTunes to 4.3.3. After check out this video again and simply jailbreak! Then download again the same applications with the same sources. Cheers!

@theyovilleking10 The springboard is your main page, where all your applications are. It crashed and is running on SafeMode. You can restart your iDevice and it should be back to normal. Uninstall any application you might think that caused the crash

@mejydiel Ouch, unfortunately I don't know a lot about unlocks. Are you sure you have an unlockable baseband? Because ultrasn0w doesn't unlock EVERY iphone. It unlocks specific basebands

@a7madfat7y No problem, you only have to connect your iPhone to your computer and backup via iTunes. It should sync everything, then you are good to go. Follow the instructions and everything should go fine. Run Redsn0w.exe then run iTunes. After folow the steps in Redsn0w. Cheers!

@winkeh4ever Hi, good question. Jailbreaking using redsn0w didn't change anything. In the settings, even if your phone is in English, you can change the Time format to a 24 hour format (eg. 17:00 means 5pm).

@xXxMrB0NESxXx That's because it didn't work. The jailbreak wasn't successful. I would suggest to restore to stock 4.3.3 and jailbreak again. Also, make sure you have the right IPSW and that iTunes is running (launch iTunes after launching Redsn0w.exe).

@seclensanchez Unfortunatly it won't work on the iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. You can jailbreak your iPhone 3G on 4.2.1 with Sn0wbreeze though. Cheers!

@dealeos You need the IPSW in order to make redsn0w work. It works differently than greenpois0n which didn't need it. I don't exactly know the details, but you need it!

Ipod 4g 32gb. It worked flawlessly before updating infinity blade.. You think the problem lies inside the update itself? I tried deleting and re-installing it but it still crashes sometimes. I should wait for an update right? Probably have to wait centuries, hahaha

@jesseboy94 Damn, that's odd... Maybe in the update but I would highly doubt it. Try to restart or respring your iPod touch or close all the other applications running. This might help. Yeah the next update could take a while, I didn't hear anything about it!

@jesseboy94 Yeah, swipe on the top screen, then press on "Power" then choose to respring. But it's not a bad thing to hard restart sometimes. For the partnership, I applied myself through the regular process, it was really fast! I read some people had waited 8 months and got turned down!
