This song is meant to reintroduce that character and the idea that though it's so heavenly, he feels there's something missing in his life: Sasha
Charlie looks and sounds so different in this movie than he did in the first one. His personality is kinda different too. This seems more like another incarnation of him if anything (sorta like in Doctor Who, heh). ^^'

I love both films. They both have their qualities. I kind of view them as one film with this one turning Charlie into a true hero on both Heaven and Earth and finally giving the happy ending ADGTH1 didn't truly have.

Better than the first, IMHO. Better musical scores, no plot points lifted, then dropped, or ones coming out of nowhere. People say it isn't as dark as the first, but, considering that souls are at stake, I think it is. Some people say the Horn is a deus ex machina, but it is used in this sense by both good and evil charcters. Only real problems is the animation got downgraded, but it isn't bad. B+

The songs were irritating and unmemorable, Burt Reynolds was sorely missed as Charlie, and the whole love story between Sasha and Charlie was cheesy and un-needed. Charlie did NOT need a love interest in the first one to make it good. It just made the story too predictable.

The love story was cute, a bit generic but still its a kid's movie (heck, getting feelings for someone you are suppose to use for your own purposes is not very original either), and felt way more in place than the ray gun sub-plot, the "Hell" sequence, and the big lipped alligator from the first. the story wasn't anymore predicatable than the first.
Yes, freecartoons is having this animation. It has great dimensions, good critics, it is completely over-the-top animation. At times surprising, at some parts so funny, it has elements of drama, comedy and action, great combination acted by the best players. Great choice, if you ask me. Must see!

I don't like the second movie, they made Charlie better looking, in the last one Charlie had a split in his ear and moles on either side of his face, they also changed Charlie's voice actor, The first one was set in the 30'th yet the second one was set in the present, meaning Itchy died at 80.
Maybe Heaven healed all his injuries and scars? And who knows, Charlie said that every day feels like a year. Maybe Itchy died in the 40's, and a whole lot of time passed while they were in Heaven?

I really like how heaven looked so great, holy and paradise like in the first movie but in this one its looks like a bad home elderly home thats supposed to loook like heaven.
When compared to the first ADGTH, this movie is preeeeetty bad... but I have to say, the music in this one blows the first out of the water! This song especially is the saving grace of what would otherwise be a really lame sequal.

I felt like that when I first went to a christan student center. They where so angelic and sweet o.o. Optimistic and this was my theme song. Still I could never find anything wrong with them.....there just sooo....heavenly

he's got a point you know. heaven sounds like it would get boring very quickly. conflict is the wind in our sails. without some conflict to be resolved, we're just drifting in the sea of existence. something interesting might pop up once in a while, but we're not making progress in our personal development.

I don't like to complain about sequals, but I have to agree, this was one bad movie. But, I personally like how he got to go back to earth with that collar and met that girl dog... Sasha, was it? Though, everything else was pretty retarded.
Also, 17 people think it's SO heavenly here in 2011. :|

Funny how most of my favorite movies weren't Disney. While most girls were pretending to be Jasmine and Ariel, I was jamming out to these movies and wishing I was Kayley from Quest for Camelot.

Yeah the first one was a million times better but I still like this one, too. But Im sure if the girl who had played Anne-Marie hadn't died, the sequal would most likely be about her. But it Kinda pisses me off how they have a new voice for charlie for every new Movie. And the Series.

I really like how heaven looked so great, holy and paradise like in the first movie but in this one its looks like a bad home elderly home thats supposed to loook like heaven.

When compared to the first ADGTH, this movie is preeeeetty bad... but I have to say, the music in this one blows the first out of the water! This song especially is the saving grace of what would otherwise be a really lame sequal.

I don't blame him. In the first movie, Heaven was beautiful and serene; in this one, it looks like a bad tourist attraction.
