At about 4:20 or so, why did the barrier arms NOT be set off, until you were practically on the road itself?

They set them that way so when they are switching cars in the yard they don't block the intersections as they right in downtown Rush city

In the 80's in Manitoba, we had lots of GMD-1's with the 1200hp derated 567c, they had that nice sound to them!
Which ((HORN)) is that BTW..looks like a Leslie, but which one?
