this is a great workout for gaining muscle in your legs and butt.. but you have to remember to run and get some cardio in.. by doing that you will burn the extra fat off and be left with nicely toned legs.
also you have to keep in mind that the legs that you want will require a bit of patience.. give it a month.. eat healthy and you'll start seeing results :))

@DeathCabDriverx if you don't eat you'll end up destroying your body, and your body will retain anything that you do eat. if you're living an active lifestyle the average woman should eat 1800 cals. to lose weight and a man should probably eat around 2100 (that is with exercising daily). also make sure you're drinking 2-3 litres of water a day. you have to eat!!!
You should still eat, just eat healthier. If you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode and will store any fat it can get. Thus, defeating the purpose xD

@DeathCabDriverx make sure you are eating about 2,000 calories a day still. if you don't it causes your body to relese a hormone which will make you retain fat. without changing eating habits and just adding excersie to your routines will help lose wieght. i just had a baby a few mths ago and i'm trying to get my skinny jeans to look good and thigh area is where i usually struggle but toning exercises work great. i just make sure to drop snacks and sweets and eat extra fruit/veggies instead.
@DeathCabDriverx by not eating you're causing a reverse effect.. you should eat more. when you dont eat your metabolism slows down and you cant burn as much calories, therefore your thigh fat will stay there and possibly increase depending on how much you overeat. Just don't overeat and you'll be fine.

Just adding a tip here for those who want to try it. besides working out, it is said that eating healthier helps alot. I don't make enough money to get all healthy food so I mainly live off of ramen and frozen dinners. what helps me clean my system and trust me it will make you feel so much better, I drink some green tea(lipton green tea) with honey. I Just buy the tea bags and instead of putting sugar in it to sweeten it I add a little bit of honey. I hope this helps those who try it.

@bubblezgirl26 How tall are you? Depending on how tall you are, you may be at a healthy weight. A healthy person should be 100 pounds at 5ft. Every inch after that should be another 5 pounds. For example, I'm 5'7", so I'm supposed to weigh 135 pounds, which I do, so I would be considered at a healthy weight. Also, you really have to remember that you are a growing girl, and though exercise is really good for you, dieting before you are a teenager may be really unhealthy.

THANKU SOO MUCH. im 13 and i use to be a size 0 but when my grandma(who i was very close to) died when i was in 5th grade. thats when i found out i was an emotional eater. i went up 5 sizes that year and got really unhealthy. im healthy now but still out of shape. and thats why im soo happy i found this video. Thanks sooo much

Just adding a tip here for those who want to try it. besides working out, it is said that eating healthier helps alot. I don't make enough money to get all healthy food so I mainly live off of ramen and frozen dinners. what helps me clean my system and trust me it will make you feel so much better, I drink some green tea(lipton green tea) with honey. I Just buy the tea bags and instead of putting sugar in it to sweeten it I add a little bit of honey. I hope this helps those who try it.

I'm 11 & I'm about 120 lbs. It's sad. I really wanna get in shape before 7th grade & before soccor starts agian. I really appriciate the video's you guys make. I only got this account to comment on video's & I think I'm happy that I got 1 to tell u that I'm happy with your video's. I am going to tell you guys when I'm in shape. I will comment on this video. @bubblezgirl26 How tall are you? Depending on how tall you are, you may be at a healthy weight. A healthy person should be 100 pounds at 5ft. Every inch after that should be another 5 pounds. For example, I'm 5'7", so I'm supposed to weigh 135 pounds, which I do, so I would be considered at a healthy weight. Also, you really have to remember that you are a growing girl, and though exercise is really good for you, dieting before you are a teenager may be really unhealthy.

@melthecoolmoose well i drank alot of water and STAYED AWAY from fats and high calories or cholesterol.
try eating foods that are healthy, and check for alot of fiber in there. also work out EVERYDAY until you sweat....alot. try the exercises you'll find online. i know it sounds annoying but this is the only thing that woked for me. i got out of a 42 to a 38(i'm tall so this is normal), and i'm heading for a 34(want me sum skinny jeans
